Profile of the authors
The cooking encounters took place among professional chefs and cooking-enthusiast refugees looking for a new home in Germany. Local ingredients as well as ingredients from far away were used to create a special blend that lends to the uniqueness of each and every recipe. These food fusions are presented alongside personal anecdotes of two cultures cooking and eating together.
